I have simple cabinet with holes for shelfs which is . After changing the height parameter, generate toolpath has no effect for drilling. Only if I close program and open again, I can generate toolpaths.

Hi -

I'm not quite sure I follow your description.

So you're editing one of your drilling operations, and changing the height parameters? Then what can't you do? A video might be helpful in clarifying your steps.

Thanks,

  Jeff

OK, I think I've got it:

You had some toolpaths (mainly drilling), and then you changed the height of the box by changing the parameter in the model space.

Doing that should have invalidated the operations, but it didn't.

Then, in order to get CAM to properly update, you re-selected the model in the 2 setups.

Does that sound about right?

There is definitely a problem there. Will get that reported.

Can you share your model?

Thanks,

  Jeff

A similar problem to this was reported a while back as CAM-8570. We will see if we can figure out why the appropriate update is not happening.

Thanks for the report.
