G68.2 with 4-axis CNC


I m a beginner with fusion and CNC programming so I am still learning.

My virtual machine is a 3 axis CNC equipped with a rotary table along the X-axis.


I have a trouble with G68.2 function.

At the beginning, the table is at rest (0 degree). The Z-axis is vertical:




I want to machine the front surface so I modified the WCS for this operation to rotate the coodinated system of 90 degrees .  Z-axis is now horizontal in fusion so ready to machine the surface.



My problem is from the post processor. I think the result is an error: 

G68.2 X0. Y0. Z0. I180. J90. K180.


I just have a rotation of 90 degrees around the X-axis  so I expected :

G68.2 X0. Y0. Z0. I90. J0. K0.

Why do I have this difference ? Maybe I have misunderstood the functionnality?

I have tried multiple configuration to understand the problem without success.

The G68.2 Tilted Work Plane function allows user to define the Work Plane by Euler Angles for 3+2 mainly not ment for 4 Axis.

For 4 Axis we have different post in the library you can check this out

OK, thread necromancy here.  


I have the same issue on a Doosan where I am getting errors using G68.2 with only a 4th axis.  While I understand that it's "not meant" but I was told (by Doosan) that's its possible to use it.  


My issue is I keep getting parameter errors when trying to execute it.
