Fusion not cutting all of dog bone corners

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to do some mortise and tenon joints with my CNC and added some dog bone corners to allow the tenon to fully seat with a tight fit. When doing this, I made the circle slightly larger than my 1/4 bit, however when I simulate the 2D adaptive tool path, it only cuts a portion of the circle. I'm not really sure what is going on.

I've attached my file for reference.

Thanks in advance!

You need to reduce the minimum cutting radius.

I note that your issue has been Solved but have you tried a free Dogbone add-in? There is a Paid one on the App Store but I find this one better all around.
