Fusion crashes when I move or duplicate probing operation/Cloud Credits Broken

-I've been having this issue over the past few days, if I try and duplicate my inspection folder (CAM folder, not data panel) in OP1 fusion crashes, no error message or crash report prompt, no autosave prompt.

It also happens when copying or moving individual operations periodically. I think I had this happen with non-probing ops too, but don't have a file for that available. It's awful irritating when you get a good template set up and you just want to copy it to another setup or for another feature in the same setup and the whole thing crashes to desktop without a trace.

F3D attached.

-Unrelated issue, I keep getting operations (usually adaptive) that fail to generate with distributed CAM on (which it is by default). If I disable it in Task Manager it generates fine.

-Third issue, I tried to buy cloud credits for the MFG extension.

-Buying through the MFG extension link takes me to a seemingly broken site (black and white, formatting all messed up). If I push through and order on that site, I can see the credits in my autodesk account but cannot access them in Fusion. The contract number associated does not show as one of the two I can see in Fusion.
EDIT: So the site seems better via that direct link. It's broken when you navigate to it from https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#reporting/cloud-usage

-Buying through the Render workspace takes me to a COMPLETELY different site, and the credits are applied properly but to an inactive contract number. I can use them, but it's not in the place I expect them.

If someone can take a look at that and figure out what's going on it would be great. I have $200 floating in limbo, in addition to the extra $75 I had to spend because the MFG extension costs 125 credits and they're only sold 100 at a time. Would like more granularity on that, the hamburger/bun model is pretty crappy IMO.

Is this maybe on Mac? I tried on windows and was not able to recreate your crash results. I duplicated every folder with no trouble.

Nope, I am running Windows 8.1
Other "nonstandard" possible factors, in case it matters:
*Blend strategy preview on
*Continue Rest Machining preview on
*HIG Styling preview on
*Machine Configurations preview on
*Active Manufacture Extension subscription

I can confirm that instead of copying that folder(instacrash), moving it to another setup and then copying it gets around it. If I then try to copy it again it crashes, but the one that was copied does not crash.
If I create new operations from scratch it seems like they work OK and can be copied, right up until they decide they can't be.
On another file I also had a 3d adaptive (not in a folder) do the same thing.

EDIT: Here's a screencast of the behavior. Used another program because autodesk screencast wasn't recording the scrash, it just stopped recording. http://somup.com/cqlFQIfg28

Extra bonus fun- Crashed when simply opening another file. I have no idea what's going on.
Rebooted computer, cleared cache, changed to personal team and then back to my company team.
If I export an F3D from A360 and re-import it also crashes.

In Fusion I am able to see it load through "Loading CAM Data: Operations". I wonder if this is related since it does the same messageless crash to desktop and it also has both probe geometry and surface inspection operations, which are new to me.

Are you able to share your diagnostic logs? You can PM to me at jeff DOT pek AT autodesk DOT com.

Thanks,

@jeff.pek
I cannot send the logs because the email server tells me it is too large. I have attached them here.
Hopefully these are useful, the last dozen or so are probably crashes to desktop because of whatever's going on with the CAM side.
I've also attached an F3Z of a file that fails to open on my end. F3Z fails to attach on the forum

Let me know if you need anything else.

Further testing reveals that I cannot even open V1 of that particular file, which would not have any CAM operations applies (Or has very few of them).

I am going to try and import a STEP from A360 (So my softjaws are mayyybee retained) and re-program this part- I need to machine it today and was about to post the code when I started dealing with this. Frustrating, to say the least.

EDIT: As another datapoint, I just tried opening on my coworker's account/computer and it opens fine. About to try signing in on that computer to see if it follows.
EDIT2: It opens on my computer on her account. Next, trying on my account and disabling all preview features.

Thank you. Did you get any crash reports to send when these crashes occurred?

@jeff.pek No, see the screencast I linked above. It doesn't give the usual crash report, it's just *poof* to the desktop.

Are you able to download (from the web view) the document "_0136F62_converted_r_0" and send it to me?

I'd like to see how it behaves for me.

Thanks,

  Jeff

Here it is. Had to zip it to get the forum to accept it.
I think I found the culprit. I turned off all preview features and have been turning them back on in order of importance to me. "Continue Rest Machining" causes the crash every time. I can turn everything else on with no trouble. I don't know why it didn't cause issues until recently, I have been working on this file on and off for a few days now.

Try turning that on and see if you can duplicate it.

I did just get surface inspection and geometry probing implemented for my shop, and so it was a recent addition to the file. Might be related, might not.

Thanks for the file, and for the diagnosis. Glad you were able to find a way to avoid the crash.

We'll take a look at the issue.

FYI, we've opened ticket CAM-19079 to track this crash.

Thank you for reporting it, and for the diagnosis.

Happy New Year!
