Fusion 360 CAM malfunction

Fusion 360 CAM malfunction

A couple of days ago, I tried to open Fusion and I got a pop up message claiming I was missing a critical windows file and it would not open.  It prompted me to uninstall Fusion completely and then reinstall.  I did that and now I am having major issues with Fusion.  First, it claims that I am not connected to the internet, so it will not let me have access to my files.  Second, when I select a feature for a 2D pocket in CAM, it compiles with a completely different pocket from a completely different file.  Please help.  I have been down for 2 days and no one has attempted to contact me to help me fix this problem.

@jeff.pek this seems pretty severe and I don't know that anyone outside Autodesk would be able to help diagnose the issues.

Hi all,

I just helped @Anonymous with this and it was a bit strange. First - we noticed that his user profile in Windows was fully hidden. We could not even reach his local app data folders. We resolved that by toggling his hidden username to visible.

After that we performed a manual clean uninstall and then reinstalled Fusion and everything seems to be working okay now.

Thanks,
