Flow TPath generates but derived Flow (Preview) throws unexpected error

I got it to work after deselecting and reselecting drive surfaces but the toolpath isn't very good, nor did I exspect it to be either. Neither the tool nor the flow operation isn't the appropriate choises for making a chamfer like this. My first choise would simply be to use a chamfer mill and a 2d chamfer/contour operation, but if I hadn't acess to a chamfer tool I would probably use a ball end mill or a bull nose end mill with as large corner radius as possible. The operation of choise would most likely be a 3d contour  since it's easy to controll by either slope angles, touch surface or hight. Added a few examples to your file to give you some ideas.
