- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.

I've also noticed this and would like it to work, but expect the (now standard sadly) response from Autodesk of basically " we don't support this totally unaltered badly ported feature from HSMworks 10+ years ago" but like, why keep in a buggy 'feature' you have zero plans addressing who knows when each major update release can break previous functionality or badly realized (drill inch per rev that DOMINATED the forum topics for months) that somehow cant be fixed for weeks on end

 

Would be really great to have it slow the tool down in those corners and work as intended.. can't be that complicated from a programming perspective

The issue is that this toolpath is not producing arcs, but rather a bunch of short line moves:

I just had a chat with one of the dev's. It turns out this could be improved upon, so I opened up a ticket; CAM-44956. This will eventually add arc moves to Smoothing where possible.
