It looks like either copying the toolpath and choosing a different 1/2" Harvey end mill gets it to generate or changing the diameter of the end mill to something other than Ø15/32" works. So must be something wrong with the tool:

 

- Time Magazine’s Person of the Year 2006
- Apple M1 Max rMBP A2485 // Latest MacOS // Latest Fusion
- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.

It's something to do with the size, but unsure why. Change it to .4687 (instead of .46875) and it works 🤔

I'll get this logged after I do a bit of testing (and more coffee)

And it calculates at .46874 and .46876, so that's weird

This was actually reported some time ago as CAM-21080, I've added this case to the ticket.
