Failure to Generate Tool Path

I'm trying to set up a VW model for y CNC Machine.  I've managed to cut the part of the model I want to carve but when I try to generate a tool path I can't.  I think I'm having trouble because of the windows but I'm not sure.  Any feedback is welcomed and appreciated.

What is your manufacturing intent here? You obviously can't get into the body of the van that well, unless you have some really nice 5 axis machine....

I followed the direcions given but still can't get past Face Not Selected.  I set Z select Z Select X but then I select a tool select OK and get the Face Not Selected.

I'm trying to generate a 3D CNC 3 Axis model.  The Side Profile has pockets where the windows are.  I need the whole model solid without the interior pockets.

You can probably use Patch to fill in the blanks.
