Failed to export rest material for internal grooving

I am running out of idea as i cant seem to figure out if it is the fault of tool data or the internal grooving function. I have attached f3d file for reference.

The issue is with your tool definition. You have it set to 1.5mm wide, but you've got a .8mm radius. This results in an odd tool:

If it's a full radius tool, define it as "Round". Result:

Yes, thanks for pointing in right direction. I have recheck the tool dimension and it is all over the place. I couldn't seem to find the specific details for insert MGMN 150 G on manufacture website. These values cannot be found Width(not groove width), head length and overall length. Could you point me in right direction?

Some of those bits of data aren't provided by manufacturers, so it's on the consumer to determine those values.
