Error: You must set 'highfeedrate' because axes are not synchronized for rapid traversal.

I sent a picture of this message in case it helps.  This is the message:-
Error: You must set 'highfeedrate' because axes are not synchronized for rapid traversal. Error at line: 579
I get this message most mornings after posting a program, not the first time, but the second time strangely enough.  The first post process always is successful, but when I try post a second time, I get this message.  It doesn't matter if it's for the lathe or the mill.  The only thing I can do is shut down Fusion360 and restart it again, and usually, this fixes it.  Occasionally, I will have to do this twice.  Once I had to do it three times.  This problem began with the last update when those really handy incremental buttons were removed (which I hope get re-instated.)

Hi @monti.eng2020 ,

Please set/Reset-to-default a high feedrate in the post properties.

Thanks Krupal.  Do you know if there is any hope that the incremental buttons will come back?

Hi @monti.eng2020 ,

I don't know which increment button you are talking about.
Can you please explain it?

Thanks,

@monti.eng2020 is speaking about the up/down arrows that used to reside next to most data fields.

Yes, there is internal discussion about bringing them back where it makes most sense for users. No timeline on "when" that will happen though.

My team has had this same issue for a couple of weeks now.  Our ongoing issue is that we want to keep it at a higher than default value (650 for haas NGC pp) of 800, but it rarely stays there and changes itself to 0 instead of the built-in default or what we've changed it to.

I've also had CONSTANT resetting of this parameter on software close / reopening

Would be nice if this would work as intended and stay lodged as the variable last used

Perhaps it's polling the machine configuration settings and resetting on startup?

You can also change this value in your post file and it will default back to that.

Depending on what post you are using, search for highFeedrate..

Yes always an option, if i feel like constantly modifying posts on release. ORRR the software could just handle it like it has the last 5+ years lol this is randomly new

Thank you for report. There is definitely an issue with resetting post properties. Properties in collapsed groups are not saved properly. Workaround is don't collapse group with changed properties, until we fix the issue.
