Used to generate. Changed nothing. Regenerated all toolpaths in setup at once. Got this:

Regenerated just that toolpath again without changing anything and it generates fine.

Sorry Frodo, regenerates with no issue either on my MBP (running Sonoma 14.2.1) or my Win10 PC

Yup. Toolpaths usually generate when I hit "Command + G" but every now and then randomly I get that error.

EDIT: Maybe not the exact same error but something along the lines of "Error: The file 'b'/private/var/XXXXX'' does not exist".

Same behavior whether I CTRL(Command)+G or right click and regenerate; no error.

I know it seems rare and random.
