Error occured during stock calculation

Attached is a file that I am trying to work through.  I continue to get the error message.  I know that the grooving tool is causing the problem but I have tried everything that I can see.  Sometimes it will run the tool but it does not remove material in sim.

Can someone help me figure this out please?

It's because of your tool. Change the Head Length to a smaller value than the Overall Length:

@seth.madore what Seth said. Also, in an upcoming update we will be validating the tool upstream so you'll immediately know if you've set the correct tool parameters instead of getting this goofy message way downstream.
