hello.

since i installed april 2020 update, i have this problem with all adative clearing of all disigns i have, included the new one. here i atached one test design with the problem

Well, this is odd (and annoying). I see the error when I open your file, but forcing a regeneration (CTRL+G) clears it and we have a toolpath:

now i opened the same file and others files with other computer and works good. but with this computer dont work i dont know why. i wiil reintall and tell you something

We are currently tracking an issue where users who have Windows usernames that contain NON-ascii characters are encountering an issue similar to yours. Does that apply to you as well?
