I am getting this error.

Error: Failed to export rest material.

When i run a simulation i get this error. An error has occurred during stock calculation.

Any solution to this?

I already turned checked (in process stock- mesh check safety) in my preferences and that made no difference.

Your tool has an impossible definition. You've got a width of .79mm, but corner rads of .80mm. If it's a full radius insert, you should define it as a Round insert. Otherwise, set it to the proper value and the warning will go away
