Entry Point Help

 Nothing works when trying to clear out and mill this channel. Any tips would be great. Lots of empty toolpaths.

Adaptive toolpath with a .01" endmill? That seems a bit.....abusive to the machine.

Could you share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Your tool is .01" in diameter and your slot is .0118" in diameter. Adaptive is not the toolpath to be using, as there's effectively very little room for movement. I would use Slot (with a sketch) or 2D Contour and small depths of cut axially. Depending on the material, I might want to go .005 to .01"

I tried 2d and it cuts into model for some reason.

Don't select the face of the pocket, select the inside bottom edges. Result:

Did you just do 2dcontour>chain> closed loop> ok? I get errors when doing this.
