Engrave - stock contours

Is it possible to constrain an Engrave toolpath just like the "stock contours" (geometry) option in 3d milling?

No, it is not. What exactly are you trying to accomplish or solve for?

Hi Seth 🙂

I'm wanting to v-carve/engrave a simple line of text (a house name) on a piece of wood; the text/stock is longer than my milling machine so need to do it in stages.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

🙂

Your best bet I think would be to use sketches to constrain it as needed. Project what features you can engrave in each setup and then select the sketch entity itself in the toolpath contour selection

I'll give that a go.

Thank you very much 🙂
