Can someone point me in the right direction for the process of either editing a 360 post or if I can drop in a old post from another cam system and edit or change extension to use in fusion 360? It is a old post from edgecam that was being used and would like to mimic old post in fusion.

You would be best served by going here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/post-processors/bd-p/218

You will not be able to utilize a post from any other CAM system, and that applies to all CAM systems. Most of them are completely proprietary. When you post in the linked forum the easiest way to get assistance is to have an example of posted code marked up the way you need it to appear, and be willing to dive into some post editing yourself, otherwise your best bet is to contact your nearest Autodesk CAM reseller for assistance and likely pay for a post processor edit.
