Double Bevel cutter seems to be using shaft diameter, not tool diameter.

Hello Fusion world,

This tool is not behaving as expected. I am having to comp it out to get the desired result.

It appears fusion is treating the shaft diameter as the tool diameter. The file is attached. There are two programs, see below circled in blue. Once of these I have added comp, the other I have not.

It's driving the tip of your tool right against the line, this is expected:

ok, so using comp is how I need to accomplish the v-groove I want to cut.

Hate to ask another dumb question. With this same program, I can find no configuration that places this tool on the Y+ side of my chuck. It always posts to cut from the bottom. I don't have tool length to cut from the bottom. How can I force this to be on the top side of the chuck?

Isn't the tool length going to be the same whether it's cutting on the Y+ or Y-? 😕

To cut on the Y+ side (Z heading towards chuck), you'd want to flip your Z alignment around:

The Holder will technically be in the same place. My adjacent tool (drill) will be in a different location.
