Deburr toolpath generation error since latest update

Hi,

I have a production requiring the deburr toolpath. I made changes to an unrelated model in the same setup which required me to regenerate my CAM. My 2 deburr operations are now in an error state and will not regenerate.

Mind you this CAM has 275 operations and machines 80 parts on a 400x400 pallet tombstone.

Here is a screenshot of the error I am getting.
I need to get this production back up and running ASAP. I'm trying to avoid going back to the previous version, protecting the toolpaths and then making my changes all over again.

So far I've tried making new deburr operations and making slight tweaks and I get the same error. Google has 0 results for this error. It appears to be some sort of meshing error.

Thanks!

Update: I can successfully add new deburr operations and regenerate existing deburr operations on my other production files.

In this particular file I can't even add any simple deburr operations without getting the error shown above.

Hi @InnovatoolsSimon ,
I'm sorry to hear about this. Are you able to share the file with me in a DM and I can look at getting a task open to have this looked at by the dev team,

thanks,

Ken

Hi, we are having this exact problem too, the error states: Libraries\OpenMeshAdapters\include\mwMeshConverter.hpp (102): failed to add face.

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?

I've opened CAM-55686 for this to get looked at by the dev team.
