Cylinder sides

Hi, new to Fusion and programming in general. I'm trying to do a side cutting profile on a cylinder using a custom tool. I drew an 18 sided polygon thinking that a simple toolpath could be made along the x-axis then rotate 20 degrees do the  same toolpath until the part completes the full 18 rotations. I'm having a difficult time doing this. Unsure of which section of the manufacture milling I'm supposed to use.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

2d contour on one face, then circular pattern

we dont know what machine youre talking about. 4th axis? Live tool lathe? 3 axis hobby machine?

This is what I currently have but can't figure out how to 2D profile the face at 3 oclock then rotate.

Just do 2D contour along that flat, and then do a circle pattern of 18x

i cant see what you selected. You only want to machine one face in this toolpath.
