Cutting plan from Slicer

Cutting plan from Slicer

In Slicer I see the whole cutting plan for the size of the sheet I am cutting from.  But when I save the file as export mesh, I get an individual file for each level.  I want the entire cutting plan....what am I doing wrong....

it seems the laser printing services are providing templates.....or do they optimize the layout of your cutting plan themselves?

Thanks so much

You select Get plans (1) down the bottom, then set the file type (2), then set the units of measurements (3), then you select where to save the file (4). works well just a bit slow loading it up on fusion.

I used 123d make up untill today.

I just tried slicer for fusion, and the look and feel is te same as the 123d make which is good 😉

But when creating plans i have some problems.

Only the pdf option gives me 1 file with all sheets

the dxf option scales the sheets

And there is a square marking the sheet in the same line color as the objects, can this be put off because i have to manually remove each of them or the lasercutter will cut them to.

Another big problem is the arrangement, the nested option is removed when creating plans so we have to do it manually, but the objects are not combined, so i have to join them first which can be a long proces if there are lots of slices.

Will there be a solution for this?

kind regards,

Tom
