Custom non-insert lathe tooling

How can I create a custom boring tool in F360? I want to use this solid carbide tool: https://www.mcmaster.com/3301A25/ but I can't seem to find a way to make this tool in Fusion. I have a small die with a compound radius I need to machine

This might get you somewhere close. I made this for a similar bar a while ago, I've changed the angles to match your bar but you'll need to play around a bit to set the diameters. I noticed the library is a bit buggy and reset the tip angle to zero so keep an eye on that if you can't set the holder correctly.

I do that and I get this strange pointy thing with the holder. If I go in to the holder tab and change cutting width to 0.1in it's fine, but now the tool is way too wide and causes crashes in simulation. I had it set to 0.05in as the tool head is only .1" wide. The smallest I can go on cutting width and not get the point is 0.065"

Ok I think I've gotten it as close as possible but it still gives collision issues in simulation. Shouldn't be a problem on the actual machine though.

Try reducing the Head length and the Shank width. The total width at the tip will be 3mm/2 + 2.1 for the cutting width.

That seemed to help, it machined just fine though with no collisions. It's be nice for F360 to have a solid tool designer as there's tons of companies with solid carbide micro boring tools out there.
