Custom Lathe Setup sheet for excel missing data

Hey guys, ive been working on a lathe setup sheet based off my mill sheet. all seems fine except a few values arent working quite right. I'm using the following parameters:

Feedrate : $tool.feedCuttingRel

SFM : $tool.surfaceSpeed

RPM : $tool.maximumSpindleSpeed

my bigger problem is i cant figure out what parameter is being used for the insert ANSI designation.

i just tried to guess at it:

$tool.insert.ansi

attached is a zip file of my setup sheet. hoping someone has a clue how to help with this one.

Hello @CuttingEdgeManufacturing ,

Some of turning tool parameter names can be found through the tool dialog when you hover the mouse over the item with "Shift" key pressed. As shown in the snapshot below, is tool.insertType the one you are looking for?

Thanks,@CuttingEdgeManufacturing . ANSI code is not a stored tool parameter that can pass through the post at the moment, instead is calculated behind the scene to be displayed.

Dave
