Custom Fanuc Post Processor.

Hello,

 

Just wondering if I can get some help in regards to having the post processor add a dwell I think like this? G04 P2500 (dwell of 2.5seconds) line after the coolant M08 line once it has done a tool change. So that the coolant has time to turn on before the cutter moves down in z and reaches the work piece. I currently have a Tongtai ez5 drill tap that moves at 60,000 mm/min so the coolant isn't turning on in time when rapiding at full speed and is blowing endmills and can't work at slower rapids for what I'm doing. I'm using the fanuc/ fanuc post in fusion.

Go into the post processor and insert this line:

writeBlock(gFormat.format(4), "P" + "2500");
Right after the G43 call out at or around line 1330. That will give you this for code:
