Copy Paste a model with same toolpaths in CAM

We are using a CNC router table to cut up to 50 parts at the same time. We use at least two tools and their respective operations. I want to select the original model and paste a copy right next to it and auto-generate the toolpaths I created for the original model. So far, I can only paste a bunch of models, then edit the operation and add the toolpath geometry by hand. Sometimes there are over 600 rapid drill outs. Not only is that tedious, but Fusion bogs down once you top 400 holes making the whole process infuriating (would be nice if it didn't try to generate the toolpath until you were done selecting your geometry instead of constantly updating the toolpath--seems obvious to me and is off topic, sorry).

Anyone know how to copy/paste a model while amending the new geometry to the original operations?

Have you looked into creating patterns? You can do so by putting all operations into a folder, applying a linear pattern and sorting by tool (to keep tool changes to a minimum), or a few other options.
