I'm machining a semi-rectangular part, with a hole in the center, from 12" round stock.
I'd like to face it with a spiral pattern from the outside in.
I tried creating a sketch the same size as the stock to create a boundary, but the cutter stays inside this boundary, even with tool outside boundary set.
I've tried 2d adaptive, spiral, and morphed spiral to no avail.
Are there any videos/simulations out there showing how to get a spiral facing op?
Thank you!

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.
2D contour around your hole
I use 3D flat, it does a nicer job.
Your second photo is exactly what I'm trying to do.
What the heck settings do I use to get it to start from the outside, of my round stock, and continue to the center like yours does??
Edit: Hopefully this photo works.
Double edit: Thank you both for the replies!
Here is the F3D of the part.
I was hoping there was a spiral facing option under the face op!
Click patch, click your circle, then select that surface in your toolpath.
If you modelled your stock, you can also just select that.
