Change direction from Y to X

Dear forum,

This is my firts post here, so thanx in advance for any help.

Shortly i will receive an Onfintity Foreman with a 2.2 KW Spindle from PWCNC.

I already made my first project in Fusion 360.

In this project i like to cut some grooves, but I can not seem to get the direction right. In the setup now it takes way to long wich is inmy opinion not neccesary.

I am looking for "direction" in the passes tab but can't seem to find it.

I am using a 2D adaptive strategy for this operation.

Any thoughts?

thats how adaptive works, always. If you want to slot through it, you'll have to just do 2D contour and cut full width.
