Chamfering 3D chamfer with a ballnose

Hello I am trying to make a chamfer on this part and I have had good looking toolpath with Flow and also Blend but Using both of these, It starts to low so the first pass is pretty heavy.  Is there anyway to adjust this without having to remodel/make a cap surface this so its cuts higher.  I have some images below with the Blend Toolpath.

You may want to try using a Bull Nose End Mill instead of a Ball End Mill.
