Cannot Remove a Tab (Tab was not actively created)

I have a problem that occurs semi-regularly when I duplicate a toolpath, clear, and then reassign, all geometry and tab selections.
Sometimes in this process a tab is created that I cannot select or delete.

As you can see in the first attached image, the top most tab does not have a node I can use to select/delete it. When I run simulate (and when I run the actual file), the tab is cut and I have to remove it by hand. My normal workaround is to recreate the tool path from scratch or create a template, but the issue is still a mystery to me.

Well that shouldn't be happening. Can you share your file?

File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file.
