cam milling machine parameters

Not sure how to ask this. Milling set up in Fusion 360, can I enter my lead screw pitch, motor pulse rate, allowable acceleration rate?

I did this years ago in Linuxcnc it was called the Hardware Abstraction Layer. Where can I find this in my fusion?

No, that is nothing you can define in Fusion. This must be handled in your machine controller
