CAM Light Bulb Bug

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give a heads up that the bug where the light bulb for the component in the CAM workspace would always show that it was "On" even when it was not in is now fixed and will be available to users as part of the May 25th update of Fusion.

@AmishSolanki@NYC_CNC@HughesTooling and others, hope this helps. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention! I know this one was particularly annoying.

Best Regards,

Noah

Just curious;

What else might we be seeing in the May 25th update?

So from the CAM perspective, along with the Light Bulb problem being fixed:

  • Several crash issues are solved
  • Improvements to model override in turning
  • Pressing "Shift" while hovering over CAM parameters will now display advanced parameter details instead of the tooltip
  • Mac support for using the Shift/Option/Cmd keys for things like selection

Apart from those fixes, there is a whole slew of features getting updated all over Fusion for the May update. Be sure to check out the What's New page as soon as it is available to see all of the new features and fixes.
