CAM dialog popup help doesn't auto position

One can hover the mouse pointer on many fields in the CAM dialogs and a help box will pop up.  Unfortunately, these boxes want to pop up adjacent to the field and if they don't fit on screen they flash uselessly and go away.  I've discovered that I can usually work around this by repositioning the dialog, often mostly offscreen to position the pop up to show fully on screen.  I think this is a new problem, at least I don't remember having to deal with it in the past.  Here's an example of the awkwardness of positioning a dialog mostly offscreen to allow a big help pop up to be displayed.

The popup is set to fit on the screen so if the operation dialog is a bit off screen it will show above the selection.

I positioned the operation dialog mostly offscreen because otherwise the
popup doesn't display. It does NOT correctly auto-position. My guess is
there is a bug in the auto-positioning code, perhaps a problem such as
mixing signed and unsigned operands. I forgot to mention that I am running
Fusion 360 on a 2 monitor system with Fusion 360 on the monitor to the left
of my primary screen.

It doesn't in a lot of cases... there are a lot of issues with the CAM tool tips in Fusion 360. The formatting is all over the place.

Also how they display is sensitive to screen resolution. They are far too big on my 2009 Macbook Pro.

There is an issue with the cycle type drop-down in the Drilling operation as well. The tooltip displays if you expand the drop-down, but it flashes up partially then disappears completely (as the OP described).

I see these issues in Windows (single & multi monitor setup) and OSx (single monitor).
