tried top post some code and i get the error below. all the opps are ok apart from unsing a incorect tool for the facing operation (chamfer mill wich worked ok in other posts) and simulation is ok.

 

How do I track down the error?

found the problem by supressing each operation one by one and trying to post.

the 8th operation was a spot drilling op doing two hole sizes.

moved the different hole size to a new op and it posted

More accurately you likely had either the retract or feed height set lower than the one that is supposed to be above it.
