Best strategy to select large amount of square holes for milling?

I need to mill a sheet with over 200 square holes (and later more than double that). What's the easiest way to create a toolpath for this without having to manually select each hole? The holes have a straight edge and a chamfer, so each hole needs two operations.

As first operation 2D-Pocket -> pocket detection

2. operation 2D Contour and link the selection from first operation with the 2D-Contour.
This way the 2D Contour is everytime the same as 2D Pocket

Another option is to use a pattern and only select a single pocket. For this simple part maybe not the quickest solution but for parts where the toolpath calculation takes some time, patterns will calculate faster.
