Best practices for components with added machining elements

I am new to Fusion and cnc Machining and so far on my way I've found that I can do without much trouble 3 axis machining using fusion 360 toolpaths. As soon as I try to 3+2 machining my cnc (5axismaker) behaves strangely, either sending the tool in the opposite direction or the wrong direction on the table.

I recently found an edit for the post .cps script for the tool orientation to machine from four different sides of an object, and that helped a bit but its still going in the wrong direction.

I am using the model origin tab as the people from 5axismaker told me to, and am using also their post and sending it all through Mach3.

Please help with any tips on how to set up my mesh in order to make tool paths for the front back right and left. I basically want to zero the tool to the top middle of the stock and then send the tool to each side of the stock and do adaptive clearing tool paths, and the parallel finishes.

I am using  a basic sphere as a test, but I want to in the end machine a bust of a person.
