Anyone have issues with the work offset gizmo changing orientation when moving a referenced sketch?

My gizmo was set where/how I wanted, moved to Design workspace, moved sketch (that contains a point I'm using as my work offset) up in Z IIRC .04", then when I went back to the Manufacture workspace the X axis was reversed.

I've had that happen before, but mostly when I change geometry. You're saying you just moved it up, and that was all it needed?

You know what I can't actually remember. I might have also pushed the top face of the model body .04" in Z as well but that would be all I've done.
