Any toolpath I try doesn't completely clear the top left pocket

I've tried 2d pocket, adaptive clearing, flat, and horizontal and none of them have worked. this also happened to some of the letters in a different setup.

I just wanted to offer a bit of gentle correction, first off...

Your modeling workflow would benefit from you introducing more stable methods of locating your bodies (actually, these should be Components, not Bodies). The Move command is not something one should make liberal use of, but rather, Joints are your ally.

Okay, off my soapbox now!

The issue at hand is in your Setup. You've selected the CAM Component root directory, which includes EVERYTHING, including any Body/Component that may not have been visible at the moment. So, when we turn on all the Bodies (again, these should be components), we discover this:

 There's an extra Nebraska hanging out in your first part and that's preventing any "Model Aware" toolpath from going there.

i had the same issue with my projects, but after some feedback i improved my project alot.
