5axismaker postprocessor -edit help - Collision with stock on first movement

Hi every one

I'm looking for some help with 5axismaker postprocessor as in default it generates a very stupid gcode  and it travels from start position straight to the first cutting start position  and this will crash head and tool into a stock material .

My small attempt yesterday was just to edit that gcode and divide  that movement to XY and Z movement

which was good and solve the problem but making this all the time manually especially if you have several gcodes  for one model can cause some mistakes or errors .

same is with the end of gcode where the tool stays in last retract position after cutting.

so I made a similar solution :

and such solution is good and then easier to join few gcodes with same tool and run them in one go as every time after finishing one it will return without any collisions to start position and then it will start to do let say back side of the model  etc etc.

I assume that there are a proper options in fusion postprocessors  that can achieve such behaviour  so it will calculate a proper movement  taking to account a stock model  and tool length  and this will avoid any collisions.

Can any one help me with this postprocessor ?

I attached short video with a movement that will avoid stock material collision .

Hi,

Could you send me files? (cam data, machine kinematics, post)
