I need to produce this mandrel with a 2.3mm wavy design, I tried the wrap feature but gave me an error message "Cannot unwrap cyclic geometry". I would purchase the rotary plug in if this can be done. Please see attached picture, thank you so much in advanced.

The trick with 360 degree wrapped features is to use the Split Face tool and turn them into 359.9 degree segments. If you want to share your file here I can walk through a process. File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply.
