4th axis continuous Flow over travel error.

Hey all, I'm having a bit of trouble with  running a continuous 4th axis toolpath. I am trying to machine a round part with curved 'ears'. I got a nice toolpath with flow and simulation that i am happy with. Probably being that the code keeps wrapping the A axis and eventually about half way through machining it hits an over travel range. The a axis code ends up getting into the ten thousands. So my question being, is this a post problem or a machine parameter issue? I'll attach my .f3d file for reference

This sounds like a machine limitation. Most machines have a limited rotary range before they have to be rewound to avoid compounding tolerance errors. I believe on a Haas for instance you can rotate 9999­° before it has to either do a zero return or a rewind (which of course can take a long time if you don't have a particularly speedy rotary).
