45 Degree cutter changing start point

Hoping I may just be missing something here, trying to cut a 45 degree 1" chamfer on my part and my cutter wants to start on the back side of my stock material which would gouge into the stock, is there a way to tell the start point on the outside of the stock and work its way in on the Z axis? Using the 3d Contour option currently.

Couple things:

1) Turn ON "Contact Only" on your Geometry tab

2) Turn OFF "Order Bottom-Up" on your Passes tab.

Result:

Do you know of any way to make it start cutting from the opposite side of that stock and work its way in? The problem with the above configuration is the 45 degree chamfer mill is not a center cutting mill. So typically we would walk it into our stock from the top edge all the way into the full 45 cut.  Im hoping to get it to start my passes where the red circle is below, and work its way into the part from there.

Hope this makes sense, and thank you for the help here
