3d Surfacing on large model

Hi,

I am trying to machine this part. I am struggling with getting a toolpath to finish the radiuses in the bottom that makes sense and also doesn't take forever. Im new to 3d surfacing like this and am open to any suggestions about how to tackle this part. Part is aluminum and around 23.5" x 7.5" x 2.8" Deep inside the pocket. The Radiuses down inside the part are .125" I'm really looking for any suggestions on the best order and type of operations that I should use to make this part. Screenshot (3).pngScreenshot (1).pngScreenshot (2).png

Tools I have for the job:

.250" extended ball endmill that will reach bottom

.375" extended ball endmill that will reach bottom

2.0" Shoulder mill for roughing

.5" flat endmill that reaches bottom

.5" Flat that reaches 1.0" deep

(also have some other stuff but this was what I was planning to use.)

Thanks for any input,

Justin Miest
