3D Flat plunges in un machined arrears

How do I avoid my 3D Flat milling plunging inside of my model?
It's plunging in an unfinished area, where there still remains stock material.
(I'm trying to use Flat at a roughing strategy)

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.
