3D Contour Chamfer On Lathe

Hi, I think I may be reaching the capability of what Fusion can do.  I am hoping to put a .015 x 45 degree chamfer on the screen shot attached.  I am wanting to do this on a swiss lathe either radially using XZC or axially with XYZ.  You can see how the cutter will heal at the bottom of the cut causing the edge break not to be in spec.  I tried using the Rotary feature in the Multi-Axis tab with no luck.  Anyone have any ideas??? 

I have also attached the post I am working with, its the standard mill turn seimens post with z inverted for our swiss.

Model the chamfer and use a small ball endmill and Scallop

I get good result using Blend without any side effects associated with scallop.

If I want to try this chamfer radially, can I use engraving with wrap function turned on?  Where would I find that feature?

Engraving doesn't support Wrapped features (if I recall correctly), and furthermore, it's intended for little more than engraving of fonts.

My Fusion is tied up right now in some toolpath calculations (187 operations) so I can't readily check

If you have commercial license, turn it on in preferences, I am not sure about other licenses.

Engrave does not support wrapping, in worst case scenario, there are other options like splitting surface along center line and using tool orientation with other strategies.
