3D Adaptive leaving extra stock on bottom face

So with axial stock to leave of .0002" (2 tenths), a minimum stepdown of just .001", and a tolerance+smoothing of .0011", I'm struggling to figure out why the face shown below in blue has .0087" of stock left after the operation.

I'm not sure why, but I disabled stock to leave, generated the toolpath and then re-enabled stock to leave and entered the same values you started out with and the resulting toolpath changed. @DarthBane55 may have more insight on this.

Ok.  Even stranger - I opened your file and simply regenerated the operation and it changed.
