2D Pocket Misbehaving?

Hello again,

I am getting some weird behavior trying to select a pocket for the 2D pocket operation.

I have attached the f3d for the original file, but the strange behavior appears in the linked cut file not the original.

I have attached a video showing the behavior.

Selecting the pocket acts as if the entire stock is selected at the pocket depth, but only on the linked file, not the original.

I trying looking at some other operations (2D face, 3D pocket clearing) but I can't seem to find anything that does what I want - to route the pocket.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a reason 2D pocket is acting this way?

Thanks!

Instead of selecting faces try selecting the edges. We still have some issue with face selection in Fusion. The main issue is you don’t get the red arrows so you can’t select the side of the boundary you want
