2D Contours not completely cut with Nested components

Hola

I have 20 components to cut out, so the final operation is 2D contour with some small tabs.  As you can see in the images, it's not cutting out the parts fully - it's skipping sections. I increased the Item Separation in the nest significantly, and it didn't make any difference.

Wait, I have to completely redo my setup if I change to a new iteration of the Manufacturing Model?!?  I see in my Setup that it's not updating with the changes to the Nest settings. Manually selecting all these contours seems really dumb.  There must be an easier way to say I want multiples of the same component and make all toolpaths the same for each.

Always best if you can upload a sample file that has the issue.

If all the Parts/Components are the same have you tried using the "Toolpath Pattern"  facility ??

A pattern function would be great, but I never found one.  Thanks for pointing that out to me.
