2D Contour not machinhg full chain

Hi- I have attached a movie. The 2D Contour is not machining the complete chain that I selected. Why?

When creating a chain on a partial area, don't make multiple selections. Rather, press the ALT key on your keyboard, select the first entity to machine. Select that entity again and then build onto the chain. Press the "+" symbol when done.

I tried that and it did not work. I have attached the file. Weird.

Turn Rest machining off. That tells 2d Contour to calculate the toolpath as if you have already machined the area with a larger tool.
