When clicking "Go to end of toolpath" it is expected behavior that Simulation does not stop on collisions. There are two methods you can use to view the colisions:

1) Click the play button and let it play thru, or click the Play button and skip forward to the beginning of each toolpath and observe the indicator to ensure you're starting before a collision, allowing it to play thru from that point

2) From the "Issues" menu, click on a collision and the timeline will be brought to that point:
